Asset Monitor Product Selection

Our Asset Monitor products can be purchased two ways. As a traditional "In-House" hardware/software package, or as a "Software as a Service" (Cloud Computing) solution. Each purchase solution is detailed below.

Traditional In-House Solutions

LCC offers a traditional in-house hardware/software solution where all hardware and software components are installed on-ste, and maintained by the customer. Costs include PC/Server hardware, Base System Software, Machine Licenses, and pre-installation. Service contracts are available.

Requires LCC to pre-install and configure system components on all supported PCs and Servers.
Requires the customer to provide IT support on Server OS, SQL Database and Web Servers. This includes backups, security, and service pack installations.
Software upgrades can be provided for an additional cost.
Service Contracts can be purchased.
Larger initial investment.

Software as a Service (Cloud Computing) Solutions

Our Software as a Service (Saas) offering is a low cost monthly service that can be up and running in a day. By using our online Database and Web Servers, you do not need to worry about providing IT support on Server components, we handle it all for you.

Access your data from anywhere in the world.
Software can be downloaded from the web, installed & configured by the customer in minutes.
Customer does not need to provide IT support for OS, Database or Web Servers.
Software upgrades are free for all Saas customers.
No contracts or commitments. Cancel at anytime.
NO upfront costs. Pay per machine, per month.

CNC Machine Event & Performance Monitor with Email/Text Message Notifications

This package provides performance monitoring, reporting and archiving, along with Email & Text Message Notifications on user defined machine signal events.

Hardware Considerations
A single Dual or Quad Core PC running Windows XP or Windows 7 can be used to support up to 30 machines. Additional Collector PCs can be added to support additional machines. For larger configurations (30+ machines), a Windows 2003 or 2008 Server is recommended (in-house solutions only). This server will require SQL 2008 Server and IIS6 or IIS7 depending on the OS used.

For machines that support Fanuc i-Series controls, no additional hardware is required. For all other machines, LCC provides an Ethernet I/O module allowing the customer to connect discrete machine signals to the module. Contact us for details.

This package provides Email & Text Message notifications on user defined machine signal events.
